Our promise to you: We control quality at every step of the process

At Flexihoo, quality is the most important thing for us. Many companies in the rattan and woven grass industry outsource production to different households or individual artisans to reduce costs, but we do things differently. We have complete control over every straw woven item we make.

We make our products in our own factory. This means we can make sure that every product meets our high standards and yours.

Our Integrated Quality Control Process:
Inspection of the raw materials: We check every batch of natural grass, rattan and other materials that come into our factory very carefully. We check that the materials are all the same colour, thickness, durability, and moisture content. This makes sure that only the best materials can be used to make our products.

Approval of a sample before production:
Before we start making lots of our products, our skilled workers make a sample. This sample is the gold standard for craftsmanship, size, finish and design, and it needs to be approved before we can start making it.

In-Process Quality Checks:
During production, our dedicated quality control team performs regular checks at important stages, from weaving and framing to shaping and joining. This means we can spot and fix any problems straight away, making sure everything is the same every time.

Final Pre-Shipment Audit:
Before they are packaged, every finished product is thoroughly checked. We check how things look, how well they are put together, how they work and how they are finished. We only ship items once they have passed the final audit, so you can be sure they will reach you in perfect condition.
